We want every moment in our practice to be as pleasant as possible for our patients. If you are ever unsatisfied with any part of your experience, we want to hear about it.
Exceeding Your Expectations is Our Goal
Our objective is for patients to be entirely satisfied with their dental care and the service they receive at our UK dental practice. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the treatment, care or service provided to you, please talk to our practice manager, Kayleigh Hanmer. They will deal with your complaint according to the SVDC complaints policy, and ensure that the matter is resolved in the best possible way.
If you are unhappy with the outcome or the response you receive, please follow up with the appropriate authority. NHS patients can contact NHS England, and private patients can direct their concerns to The Dental Complaints Service. The contact details for each organisation are listed below.
