Just how quick are results with Fastbraces®?
As with all orthodontic treatments, results are dependent upon the severity and nature of the problem to begin with. The teeth will start to move from day one, and because this system moves the crown and root at the same time, results are expedited when compared to other treatments. Whilst it can take up to one year, the majority of patients will complete treatment within twenty weeks.
What does the treatment involve?
Braces are typically constructed with one wire and used throughout treatment, without the need for any additional wires or tightening procedures. Fitting the braces usually takes around 45 minutes and any subsequent check-ups should take no longer than 20 minutes.
Is it painful?
When having your Fastbraces® fitted you should experience no pain and as the treatment time is quite short there is a much-reduced risk of root damage and tooth decay, which may be a factor in lengthier treatments.
Will the braces be noticeable?
Whilst Fastbraces® are not removable, they do offer a discreet way to straighten your teeth. Thanks to the clear ceramic brackets that blend in with your teeth, you don’t have to worry about other people noticing your braces.
